Legal Action Fund
COCA established the Legal Action Fund to support its efforts to tackle difficult regulatory and payment issues facing outpatient cardiac cath labs. These funds are used to allow COCA to hire the legal, policy, and legislative expertise necessary to effectively represent its members.
The critical issues that COCA is challenging are complex and extensive, requiring a significant investment in the appropriate resources. We encourage our members and any other interested parties to support COCA by making a contribution to this fund.
